The Village of Monroeville has established a yard waste collection program. This program is carried out by the Village Street Department. Collection of yard waste materials is from April to October with the following collection information: (As a reminder, pick-ups will be on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month through October.) Businesses and residents independently contract with haulers, either BFI or FSI.

• The yard waste must be able to fit into, two 30-gallon containers

• Not weigh more than 30 pounds per container

• Yard waste includes:
  grass clippings, hedge trimmings, cut-up limbs & branches, leaves, etc.

• Containers must be at curbside by 7:30am on the pick-up dates

• Containers must not be placed curbside more than 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up.

The Village of Monroeville is committed to saving our environment and asks that all citizen try to maintain their property and use the Solid Waste management program provided.
